About the Movie - The Hunters Carter and Jordyn Flynn (Dan Payne, Michelle Forbes) aren't the average mom and dad. For them, a typical workday can take place anywhere in the world, raiding ornate museums and evading pursuing authorities as Hunters, protectors of powerful fairytale artifacts that are anything but make-believe. While the FlynnsΓÇÖ take their jobs seriously, they're just as concerned about the welfare of their two sons, 21-year-old Paxton (Robbie Amell) and 16-year-old Tripp (Keenan Tracey), who are unaware of their parents' true line of work. When Carter and Jordyn disappear after being intercepted by the mysterious Mai (Kira Clavell) during one of their missions, the boys learn the truth about their parents and their lineage from the FlynnsΓÇÖ young assistant Dylan (Alexa Vega). They turn to old family friend Mason (Victor Garber) for help but they soon discover that the deceitful Mason is after what the Flynns were trying to protect ΓÇö an enchanted mirror that has the ability to grant any wish. ItΓÇÖs got quite a history too: ItΓÇÖs the same mirror that played a pivotal role in the destiny of Snow White. It becomes evident that itΓÇÖs up to the valiant brothers and Dylan to save the day before very real fairy tale magic falls into MasonΓÇÖs less-than-worthy hands.

Amell was a junior in high school when he was called in for his first-ever movie audition for a featured role as Eugene Levy and Carmen Electra's son Daniel in the motion picture "Cheaper By the Dozen 2." He fit the mold of the character so well, that the writers gave him a line to say, and then another, and then another. His character eventually turned into a strong supporting role and Amell caught the acting bug.
When he isn't acting, one of Amell’s passions is being a part of One Heartland, a non-profit charity that helps children with HIV and AIDS. He loves to participate in the annual summer camps that bring children from all over the world (most from poverty) to the camps in Malibu and Minnesota to give them an expense-free week of fun and games.
